Our Puppies
Adorele sometimes breed Havanese and Coton de Tulear.
Havanese and Coton de Tulear puppies are adorable as can be seen by the photos here!
At Adorele, great care is taken in selecting a stud dog for each of our females, and utmost care and support is given throughout the respective pregnancy. In addition we test our dogs eyes yearly and use genetic data through UCDavis programmes and also MyDogDNA, this ensures that we have the diversity and knowledge to ensure the puppies future health.
We use Puppy Culture to rear our puppies so that they will be ready to join their family homes. Please take a look at the Puppy Culture page so that you can carry on with the programme when your family member arrives.
Buying an Adorele puppy
As a member of the UK Kennel Club's Assured Breeders Scheme and a licensed breeder registered with the local council, particular care is taken in selecting homes for puppies.
If you think you could offer an excellent family home to an Adorele puppy, we will ask you to complete a puppy application form, with as much detail as possible. Initial approaches can be made via the Contact Us page.
This will allow Adorele to make sure that puppies are matched as much as possible to you and your family's requirements and life style.
After consideration, and when the puppies are born, you will be invited to visit and see our dogs and puppies. After the initial visit, and provided that both parties are happy, we may request that you accept a home visit, and that Adorele are permitted to obtain references from your usual veterinary surgeon, or from other referees you may have provided in your application form.
Please note: Adorele only place puppies as companion animals in pet homes - we do not usually place puppies for breeding. The puppy's registration and KC registration papers will be endorsed to that effect by the Kennel Club. A non-refundable deposit on chosen puppies will also be required.
How to research a reputable breeder
If you are looking for a Havanese or Coton de Tulear puppy there are many ways in which you can make sure that you are buying from a breeder that really cares about their Havanese dogs and puppies, and wants to provide subsequent new families with a healthy Havanese.
The first places to look for a puppy is on the Kennel Club Assured Breeders page and also you can contact the secretary of the Havanese Club of GB who will be able to advise you of available litters. If you have time you could also visit shows to meet Havanese and Coton de Tulear breeders to see when they are planning litters and also meet others who can give you recommendations.
You may have to wait for a puppy and be put onto a puppy list - but they are worth the wait!
